Contact your insurer directly: They'll handle your claim, policy changes, or cancellation. Have your policy number and any relevant documents (like police reports) ready.
Can't remember who your insurer is?
We've made super easy to find out your insurer in our Policy Hub. In most cases, you should be able to find everything you need there.
Alternatively, you can:
Check your policy documents (emailed when you bought it).
Look at your bank statement to see who you're paying.
