We've recently launched Policy Hub, a convenient new tool that allows you to view and manage your insurance policies purchased through MoneySuperMarket.

What's in Policy Hub?

Policy Hub currently displays your:

  • Car insurance policies

  • Home insurance policies

  • Travel insurance policies (purchased since April 15, 2024)

We're working hard to add more insurance products soon!

Key Information at Your Fingertips

Policy Hub provides you with essential details about each policy, including:

  • Your insurer's name and contact information

  • Your policy start and end dates

  • Remaining time on your policy

  • The purchase price of your policy

Can't Find Your Policy?

There are a few reasons why your policy might not be visible in Policy Hub yet:

  • Recent purchase: We rely on your insurer to notify us of your purchase, which can take up to 30 days.

  • Purchase date: We currently only display travel insurance policies purchased after April 15, 2024.

  • Purchase location: Policies purchased outside of MoneySuperMarket will not appear in Policy Hub.

Need Help with an Older Travel Insurance Policy?

If you need to make a claim, change, or cancel a travel insurance policy purchased before April 15, 2024, please contact your insurer directly.

Not sure who your insurer is? Here are two ways to find out

  1. Check your policy documents: Your insurer's information should be listed on your policy documents.

  2. Contact us: If you purchased your travel insurance through MoneySuperMarket and can't locate your insurer, please contact us via Messenger with the lead traveller's postcode and surname. If you're already using the Messenger, you can speak to our AI-powered chatbot and click "Get more help" to speak to our friendly support team.
