Why isn’t my policy showing up?
Currently, the hub shows car, home, van, and travel policies.
New purchases can take up to two weeks to appear. If it’s been longer, please contact us via the Messenger.
Travel policies purchased before April 15, 2024, or with pre-existing medical conditions, aren’t yet visible.
What if my policy information is wrong?
We get this information directly from your insurer. If you see an error, please let us know, and we'll investigate.
Why does MoneySuperMarket appear on my bank statement for travel insurance?
We use Stripe, a secure payment processor, for travel insurance, ensuring safe transfer of your payment to the insurer.
When we take payment for your policy, it's passed to your insurance provider, and they then handle all administration for your policy.
How do I cancel my policy?
You'll need to contact your insurer directly to cancel your policy.
Why is a cancelled travel policy still showing?
We're improving our system for faster updates. In the meantime, please contact us if you see a cancelled policy.
