Introduction

Your Policy Hub is a convenient online space where you can access key information about your car, home, and travel insurance policies purchased through MoneySuperMarket. It's designed to make managing your policies easier and give you quick access to your insurer's contact details.

What You Can Do in Your Policy Hub

  • View your policy details: Quickly see key information about your active car, home, and travel insurance policies.

  • Contact your insurer: Easily find and use the contact information provided for your insurer if you have any questions or need to make changes to your policy.

Common Questions

Why can't I see my policy?
There are a few reasons why your policy might not be visible in your Policy Hub:

  • We're still adding more products! Currently, you can only view car, home, and travel insurance policies. We're working hard to add more insurance types soon.

  • Recent purchase: It can take a couple of weeks for us to confirm your purchase with your insurer and display it in your Policy Hub. If it's been longer than three months, please don't hesitate to contact us through our Messenger service.

  • Travel insurance specifics: For travel insurance, we currently only show policies purchased after 15th April 2024. Also, policies with pre-existing medical conditions are not yet visible, but we're working on adding them soon!

Why is my policy information incorrect?

We receive policy information directly from your insurer, and occasionally there might be a discrepancy. If you spot any inaccuracies, please let us know so we can investigate and correct it.

Why does my bank statement show a payment to MoneySuperMarket for travel insurance?

We use a secure third-party payment processor called Stripe to handle travel insurance payments. Rest assured that the money is passed on to your insurer, who then issues your policy.

Why can I still see my cancelled travel insurance policy?

We aren't always immediately notified by insurers about policy cancellations. We're improving our system to remove cancelled policies automatically. In the meantime, please contact us if you see a cancelled policy in your hub.

Other Things to Know

  • Managing Your Policy Hub

    • Policy documents: While you can't currently access your policy documents directly in your Policy Hub, you can easily contact your insurer to request them.

    • Opting out: We're working on adding a feature that will allow you to opt out of Policy Hub if you prefer not to use it.

    • Policy updates: You can now edit your policy details and delete policies from your Policy Hub whenever you need to.
