How to submit your Price Promise claim

Think you found a better price? Claim with our Price Promise!

If you find a cheaper price for the same product elsewhere on the same day you bought it from us, you could be eligible for a refund of the difference, plus a £20 gift card!

How to claim

  1. Log in: Make sure you're logged into the MoneySuperMarket account you used to buy the product.

  2. Start a chat:

    • Website: Click the messenger icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

    • App: Go to the "Help" section and start a conversation.

  3. Choose "SuperSaveClub" and then "Submit a Price Promise Claim": Follow the prompts in the chat to complete your claim.

  4. Provide evidence: You'll need to provide proof of purchase and the cheaper quote. The chat will guide you on exactly what's needed.

Important

  • The Price Promise applies to car, home, pet, van, or annual travel insurance, broadband, and mobile phones.

  • The cheaper quote must be from the same provider and for the same product and features as your purchase.

  • You must submit your claim within 30 days of buying your policy.
