Why have I received an email quote for my insurance renewal?
Why have I received an email quote for my insurance renewal?
Updated over 8 months ago

To help you out, we automatically send you an email with insurance renewal quotes based on your information from last year. These quotes are saved in your MoneySuperMarket account and can be viewed on your dashboard.

If you weren't expecting the renewal quotes, please don't worry, there's no obligation to purchase and they don't automatically start as they're quotes only.

Why do we do this?

  • It's a friendly reminder that your renewal is coming up.

  • It gives you a quick peek at current prices, but remember, these can change at any time! Providers adjust their products and prices as they see fit, and can happen daily.

Important

If anything's changed since your last insurance purchase (like a recent claim), update your quote details to get the most accurate prices.

Don't want automatic quotes?

You can change your contact preferences in your account settings to stop getting renewal emails. The quotes will still be saved in your account.

If you'd rather we didn't generate renewal quotes at all, we'll need to close your MoneySuperMarket account. Just contact us through our messenger service, and we'll take care of it.
