How to close your MoneySuperMarket account

Overview

Closing your MoneySuperMarket account stops you logging in and stops most marketing communications from us. It does not delete your personal data on its own — if that's what you're after, see Your data rights instead.

Self-serve option

You can close your account in a couple of minutes:

  1. Log in to your MoneySuperMarket account.

  2. Open the Messenger in the bottom-right corner of your screen (you'll see this when you're looking at your MoneySuperMarket dashboard) and start a conversation with Fin, our AI Assistant.

  3. Tell Fin you'd like to close your account, then confirm when asked.

That's it — Fin will close your account straightaway.

Prefer to talk to a person?

  1. Reach out to us: contact our customer support team through Chat, or email us at datarequest@moneysupermarket.com.

  2. Let us know: tell us you'd like to close your account and include the email address linked to it, so we can find your details quickly.

Before you go, it's worth checking your account for anything you'd want to keep a note of — saved quotes, comparisons, or rewards — as these won't be accessible once your account is closed.
