How do I unsubscribe from MoneySuperMarket emails?

Why can't I find an unsubscribe link?

If the email you've received doesn't have an unsubscribe link, it's a service email, not a marketing email. Service emails notify you of important updates related to your use of our services — such as privacy policy changes, quote confirmations, and account notifications. They are sent as a necessary part of providing our service and cannot be opted out of through your preferences.

If you'd like to stop receiving all emails from MoneySuperMarket, including service emails, our team can apply a permanent block to your address. Please be aware that this would also prevent you from receiving operational emails such as quote confirmations and account updates. How to unsubscribe from marketing emails

There are two ways to opt out of marketing emails.

Option 1: Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email

  1. Open a marketing email from MoneySuperMarket.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.

  3. Click Unsubscribe in the footer.

You'll be taken to a confirmation page and your preference will be updated immediately.

Option 2: Use the Preference Centre

  1. Visit the MoneySuperMarket Preference Centre, or scroll to the footer of the MoneySuperMarket homepage and click Preference Centre.

  2. Enter your email address and wait a few seconds for your preferences to load.

  3. Untick any preferences you'd like to stop receiving.

  4. Click Save.

You'll see a confirmation message once your preferences have been saved.

Note: If a preference is already unticked, you're not currently signed up to receive that type of marketing. If you're still receiving emails from us, they are likely service emails, which cannot be managed through the Preference Centre.


Troubleshooting

I've unsubscribed but I'm still receiving emails. Check whether the emails have an unsubscribe link. If they don't, they are service emails and cannot be opted out of through your preferences. If they do have an unsubscribe link, please allow a few days for the change to take effect. If marketing emails continue after that, start a chat with us or email datarequest@moneysupermarket.com.

I can't find the Preference Centre. Visit https://www.moneysupermarket.com/my-account/preference-centre/ directly. You don't need to be logged in — just enter your email address.
