Savings by MoneySuperMarket is only available through the MoneySuperMarket app. You can use the app to view and manage your savings, access important documents and make withdrawals.

You cannot access or manage your savings through the MoneySuperMarket website. You'll need to open the MoneySuperMarket app and log in to access your account.

Yes. Each month, you'll receive a statement showing your savings balance, interest earned and any money you've paid in or withdrawn.

Your statements will be available in the 'Documents' section of your Savings by MoneySuperMarket account.

We'll also send you an email notification when a new statement is ready to view.

Yes. Each year, after 5 April, we'll provide an annual statement summarising the interest you've earned during the previous tax year.

You'll find this alongside your monthly statements in the 'Documents' section of Savings by MoneySuperMarket.

If you'd like to close your savings account, you'll first need to withdraw any remaining money.

To close your account:

If you have a fixed-term savings account, you'll need to wait until the fixed term ends before you can withdraw your remaining funds and close the account.

We can't close a savings account while it still contains money.
