If you're visiting our website, click/tap on the Messenger icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
When you're in the Messenger, start a conversation with us and you'll be directed through to the right team by using the options.
Or, send us an email: Write to us at datarequest@moneysupermarket.com with "GDPR Subject Access Request" in the subject line. Briefly explain your request and include your name and email address. If you're looking for something specific, please let us know as this will help us resolve your request more quickly.
What happens next?
Once we receive your request, our dedicated team will first need verify your identity and then start the process of gathering your data. They will be in touch to securely request a copy of some identity documents - this is a requirement so that we can prove who you say you are, and protect your personal data. We aim to send you a secure copy within one calendar month.
