How to update the mobile phone number linked to your account

To keep your account secure, we'll send an SMS to your mobile phone number when logging in to the app.

We understand that your phone number may change from time to time. To ensure that you can continue to sign in to the app, it's crucial to keep your phone number up to date.

If your number has changed, you'll need to contact our customer services team to have your old number removed from your account.

Here's how you can easily update your phone number:

  1. Start the sign-in process within the app: Enter your email and password as normal.

  2. Select "I no longer have this number": You'll see this option during the sign-in process. Tap it to continue.

  3. Visit our FAQs and contact Customer Service: You'll be directed to this page. From here, start a chat with Fin, our AI assistant.

  4. Speak to a Customer Service agent: Ask Fin to 'Update account mobile number'; Fin will then connect you to an agent who will securely remove the old phone number from your account.

  5. Return to the app and sign in again: Once you've received confirmation that your phone number has been removed, return to the app and restart the sign-in process.

  6. Add your new mobile number: After entering your email and password, you'll be prompted to add and verify your new phone number.
