What is the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub?
SuperSaveClub is our new rewards club exclusively for MoneySuperMarket customers.
With SuperSaveClub, as well as making great savings when you buy through us, you’ll earn rewards and perks, including unlimited access to free days out at thousands of venues nationwide, rewards every time you buy your car, home, annual travel insurance and broadband through us, and so much more.
Who is eligible for the SuperSaveClub?
Anyone who makes a car, home, annual travel insurance or broadband purchase through us will be eligible to join.

What rewards can I earn?
Once you're in the SuperSaveClub, you'll earn money for your SuperSave Wallet every time you make a purchase for Annual Travel Insurance, Car Insurance, Home Insurance or Broadband, which you can redeem to a prepaid Mastercard or as gift cards for a number of different retailers.
You can also earn a £20 reward every time you refer a friend or family member and they make their first purchase through MoneySuperMarket for either Car or Home Insurance (T&C's apply).
Purchased Car, Home, Annual Travel Insurance or Broadband through us but seen it cheaper elsewhere? We've got you. Get a £20 voucher and we'll refund the difference between the price you paid vs. the cheaper policy, which is all part of our Price Promise. More details here.
What products can I earn SuperSaveClub Rewards on?
You can currently earn rewards on the following products:
- Buildings-only policies
- Contents-only policies
- Buildings & Contents policies
- Fully Comprehensive policies
- Third-party, Fire & Theft policies
- Third-party-only policies
Broadband (bundles such as TV, phone, or both together are not eligible for rewards)
- Travel Insurance (Annual policies only. Policies for Pre-Existing Medical Conditions and Single Trips are not eligible for rewards)
Van, Landlord, Temporary Car and Rental Insurance policies are not eligible for SuperSaveClub rewards. You can find full details in the Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to be logged into my account to access my rewards?
Yes - you must be logged in to your MoneySuperMarket account to gain rewards and access the SuperSaveClub.
Do I need to download the MoneySuperMarket app to access the SuperSaveClub?
No - you can access the SuperSaveClub on desktop, mobile web or our app. However, you must download the app to access and redeem the MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out annual pass.
When does my membership run out, and what do I need to do to retain my membership?
Your SuperSaveClub membership will run out 12 months after your qualifying qualifying purchase (Broadband or Car, Home and Annual Travel Insurance). All you have to do is make a qualifying purchase before the expiration of your membership to stay in the SuperSaveClub.
Am I eligible for the SuperSaveClub if I have purchased via a cashback website, e.g. Quidco?
No - unfortunately, you won't be eligible if you have used a cashback site to purchase your product(s).
Am I eligible if I have completed my purchase via the MSE Car Compare+ Tool?
Yes - you'll still be eligible if you used the MSE Car Insurance Compare+ tool to purchase your policy.
About the MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out Annual Pass
What is the MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out Annual Pass?
When you first join the SuperSaveClub and make an eligible purchase, you will automatically qualify for 12 months of access to a Free Days Out annual pass, so you can enjoy unlimited access to over 2,000 venues across the UK (some restrictions may apply).
How do I access my MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out annual pass?
Once you've purchased an eligible product through MoneySuperMarket and have passed the 14-day cooling-off period, we’ll email you to let you know when your pass is ready.
All you need to do then is download the MoneySuperMarket App if you haven't already! (find out more here).
Once you're in the app, head to the SuperSaveClub area to find your pass. Over your 12-month access period, you can return as many times as you want!
What is available with the MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out Annual Pass?
There are over 2,000 venues available to choose from across a wide range of interests, including theme parks, museums, leisure activities and more. From rollercoasters to escape rooms, we’ve got them all.
You don't even need to bring a person paying full-price admission along with you!
It’s important to remember if you use a free single-entry voucher, this means one person per booking group can gain entry to the venue absolutely free. Other members of your group will need to pay standard admission prices. You cannot use multiple free entry vouchers to get free admission for more than one person.
How do I find an attraction and get my voucher?
The MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out portal can be accessed via the SuperSaveClub in the MoneySuperMarket app.
Once you can access the portal, you can search attractions in your chosen area using the search function.
You can view details about the attraction and key information like if there are any booking requirements or restricted days.
It's important to always read the key terms and information thoroughly before claiming.
How many times can I use my MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out Pass?
Once you qualify, you'll have access to the MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out pass for 12 months, and you can use it as many times as you want!
There are some restrictions, however, such as venues marked as MoneySuperMarket Hot Picks - these can be claimed once (1) every month. This means you could claim a total of 12 MoneySuperMarket Hot Picks for any individual Hot Pick venue throughout your 12-month pass access .
All other venues can be claimed multiple times, but you can't choose the same venue more than once (1) within a 7-day period.
Any venue that is restricted because you've claimed within the last 7 days will be clearly marked in the MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out area in the SuperSaveClub.

How long do I have to use a MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out voucher once it's been claimed?
Each claimed Free Days Out voucher must be used within 14 days, so be sure to claim once you are ready to enjoy the attraction.
What if I have a problem?
Our partner customer service team will gladly help if you experience any issues claiming or using your MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out vouchers. Please contact them here, and they will respond within 3 working days.
About your SuperSaveClub Wallet
How will my rewards in my SuperSaveClub Wallet be paid?
You can redeem your SuperSaveClub Rewards in whole, or in part, once in the redeemable state in your Wallet. You will then receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a range of gift cards or a prepaid Mastercard to pick from of your chosen value.
What is the SuperSaveClub Wallet?
The SuperSaveClub wallet is your personal, virtual wallet where your rewards will be stored as you earn. You can see pending, redeemable and expired rewards here.
Which brands can I redeem my SuperSaveClub Wallet value with?
You can redeem your SuperSaveClub Wallet in two ways:
- As a prepaid Mastercard (18+ only)
- As a gift card
Whether you want to cash out your entire wallet or just a part of it, we've got you covered. Managing your rewards has never been more convenient.

How long do rewards take to show in my SuperSaveClub Wallet?
Your reward may take up to a week to appear in your Wallet as pending. This means your reward is on its way!
Then, once you have passed the 14-day cooling-off period, your rewards will show as redeemable, and you can then choose to redeem it or build your wallet up for an even bigger reward.
On some occasions, rewards may take longer to show as redeemable. Please get in touch if your rewards aren't available after 60 days.
How long are my rewards available in the wallet?
Rewards are available for 12 months from the point of the value showing as redeemable in your SuperSaveClub Wallet.
Once I have redeemed my gift card, how long do I have to spend it?
Once you have redeemed from your SuperSaveClub Wallet and you have received an email from email@example.com with your gift card, you will have 30 days to activate it. Once activated with Giftcloud, you will need to follow the guidance of the chosen retailer as their own rules will apply to the gift card.
Can I opt to have cash instead of a gift card?
We offer a prepaid Mastercard option for those who would rather have the freedom to spend at a range of brands instead of just one.
What’s the maximum you can earn?
There is no maximum! The more you buy or refer, the more you earn.
Can you send my reward to an alternative email address?
When you redeem rewards from your SuperSaveClub Wallet, they will be sent to the email address associated with your MoneySuperMarket account.
If you need to change your email address, please do this in your MoneySuperMarket account before redeeming from your Wallet.
Is the £15 SuperSaveClub reward for Broadband in addition to those displayed alongside certain packages? And do all my broadband vouchers go into my wallet?
The £20 reward is on top of the gift you might receive when choosing certain broadband deals. Your SuperSaveClub reward of £20 will go into your wallet, and your other voucher value that comes with your chosen provider will be sent to you separately.
I have just made additional purchases but can't see them in my wallet?
Don’t worry, it may take a little time for your purchase to be verified by us and your wallet to be updated. Please wait 60 days before contacting us.
Do I need to do anything to get my reward when I purchase?
No - as long as you’re logged in when purchasing, we will automatically add the reward value to your SuperSaveClub Wallet.
Will my referral reward go into my wallet?
No - your £20 referral reward will go straight sent to you by email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please see full details on our refer a friend programme here.
