🎁 How to Redeem Your Reward
Here’s what to expect once you’ve chosen a prepaid Mastercard from Giftcloud:
Watch out for two emails
First: confirmation from no-reply@giftcloud.com that your reward is on its way.
Second: from Reward Pass with your activation token. This is the key to your Mastercard.
Activate with Reward Pass
Click 'Access your card' in the Reward Pass email.
Log in using the Token Login option, or set up a username and password if it's your first time.
Set up your Digital Wallet
Reward Pass will guide you to create and verify your account.
Once inside, you'll see your card balance, expiry date, and transactions.
If eligible, you may request a physical card.
Don’t miss the deadlines
The activation token is said for 3 months.
Once activated, your Mastercard is valid for 12 months.

If you don’t see your prepaid Mastercard details:
Check again: Look in all folders, including spam/junk.
Log in directly: Go to the Reward Pass website and log in via the ‘Username’ tab. Sometimes the card is visible once you’re logged in.
