You can redeem your SuperSaveClub rewards in the MoneySuperMarket app. It’s quick, secure and all in one place.
In short: Open the app → SuperSaveClub → Wallet → Activity → Redeem. Choose a gift card or a prepaid Mastercard (fulfilled by our partner Giftcloud).
Before you start
Install the latest MoneySuperMarket app (iOS or Android) here.
Sign in with the same email address you used to earn the reward.
Find your rewards
Open the app and sign in.
Go to SuperSaveClub and tap Wallet.
Tap Activity to see each reward and its status:
Pending – we’re still processing this reward.
Ready to redeem – good to go.
Redeemed – you’ve already claimed it.
Shortcut: You can also go straight to your Wallet from the app home screen—tap Redeem or Activity on the Wallet card at the top.
You’ll see each reward next to the product you bought (for example, £15 Car Insurance, £20 Broadband).
Redeem your reward (step by step)
In Wallet → Activity, choose a reward marked Ready to redeem.
Tap Redeem.
Pick how you’d like to receive it: a gift card or a prepaid Mastercard.
We use Giftcloud to deliver your choice.
Giftcloud will send a confirmation email for you to redeem your reward.
Keep your reward active (time limits)
Start within 12 months: Once a reward shows Ready to redeem, you have 12 months to tap Redeem.
Finish within 90 days: After tapping Redeem, you have 90 days to complete your choice of gift card.
If either window passes, the reward will expire.

I can’t see the Redeem button
If the status shows Pending, it’s still being processed—please check back soon.
If you believe it should be ready, contact MoneySuperMarket support.
I redeemed but didn’t get the email
Check your spam/junk folder, you should have received an email from us at service@mail.moneysupermarketmail.com
If you can’t see the email, contact MoneySuperMarket support.
My gift card code isn’t working
Gift card codes are managed by Giftcloud. The quickest way to fix this is to email hello@giftcloud.com.
I have a prepaid Mastercard question (activation or usage)

If you can’t use the app (for example, you don’t have a smartphone or you’re unable to access the app), please get in touch via the messenger service, and we’ll help you redeem your reward.
