The personal details section in Credit Monitor displays the information you provided when you signed up for the service.
If your details change, such as your address, you'll need to keep these up to date so your credit report pulls through correctly from TransUnion.
Please note
After you've updated your details in Credit Monitor, it may take some time for the update to be visible, but you'll see the change when your Credit Monitor report next updates. You can see when your report will next update at the top of your report.
Here's how to do it:
How to change your name
- Go to the Personal section in your Credit Monitor report
- Click on the
button in the Name section
- Follow the prompts on the screen.
How to change your address
- Go to the Personal section in your Credit Monitor report
- Click on the
button in the Current Address section
- Follow the prompts on the screen
How to change your date of birth
