To claim on your insurance, make changes or cancel your policy, you will need to contact your insurer directly. If you’re not sure who provides your insurance, here’s how to find out.
Check your policy documents and emails
You can find the name of your insurer directly on your policy documents, and in any correspondence sent by email.
Check your bank statements
If you don’t have a copy of your documents to hand and can't find any emails, you can check your bank statements to find who your payments are being made to.
Once you know the insurer, you can find the contact details on their website.
If you’ve bought travel insurance through MoneySuperMarket and haven’t been able to find your insurer using the steps above, you can contact us with the postcode and surname of the lead traveller on the policy. We can then check and let you know who your travel insurance provider is.
