If you see an error message, or the system won’t let you proceed
- Check that you’ve answered all the questions on the form ; any questions you’ve missed or haven't answered in the right format should be highlighted in red.
- Try using a different web browser (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge) or using a different device.
- Refresh the web page.
- Clear your web browser’s cache and cookies, and make sure that cookies are accepted when you visit MoneySuperMarket, including 3rd party cookies.
Issues after going to the provider
If you experience technical issues when you have left the MoneySuperMarket website, for example if you’re proceeding to buy insurance with a provider, you’ll need to contact the provider directly. You can find the contact details on the provider’s website.
