Reach out to us
If you're ready to delete your account, the first step is to get in touch with our customer support team. You can reach us through email or by filling out our contact form. Let us know if you want to delete your account, and give us your account information, such as the email address it’s registered to.
Dealing with your request
Once we've confirmed your identity, we'll process your request to delete your account. This can take several business days, but we'll always get back to you within a calendar month.
After your account has been deleted, we'll send you a final confirmation email to let you know that the process is complete.
Although we'd love to delete everything, there are some things that we need to keep a record of, because of our obligations to the Financial Conduct Authority and other legal reasons. Don't worry, we'll only keep the minimum amount of information we need to meet these obligations.
