Savings by MoneySuperMarket will be affected by planned maintenance on Saturday 24 October and Sunday 25 October 2026. Our savings platform provider, Bondsmith, is carrying out this work to help keep the service secure and reliable.
When is the maintenance happening?
All times below are UK local time.

Saturday 24 October 2026 | 7:00am to 7:30am BST | The service will remain available, with a brief interruption of up to two minutes during this window. |
Sunday 25 October 2026 | 7:00am to 8:00am GMT | The service will be unavailable throughout this window. You’ll see a maintenance page and won’t be able to log in, view your balances or submit instructions. |
The clocks go back on Sunday 25 October. Sunday’s maintenance starts at 7:00am GMT, after the clocks have changed.
What do I need to do?
Please wait until the maintenance window has ended before attempting to use the service:
Saturday: try again after 7:30am BST.
Sunday: try again after 8:00am GMT.
You don’t need to make any changes to your account.
Will my savings or payments be affected?
Your accounts, balances and interest won’t be affected by the maintenance.
Any instructions submitted before each maintenance window will be processed as normal. Payments received during Sunday’s maintenance window will be processed once the service resumes.
What if I have problems outside these times?
If you experience any disruption outside the maintenance windows, or still can’t use the service once maintenance has ended, please get in touch with the Savings by MoneySuperMarket support team.
